Dr. Sophia is the reason I am a world champion.
Her dedication to my well-being and her commitment to my recovery have been nothing short of
extraordinary. When I first met Dr. Sophia, I had just moved to Chicago, didn’t know anyone, and
had re-injured an already weak ankle. I spent a lot of time over these last two years questioning
my very spot as an athlete as I worked to recuperate my ankles. It was in those challenging
moments that I found not just a skilled physical therapist, but also a trusted mentor and friend.
Her expertise, empathy, and personalized treatment plans played a pivotal role in my recovery
and journey to becoming a world champion in freestyle frisbee. She worked not only on my
ankles, but also my shoulder strength, core stability, and confidence to test my body through her
deeply knowledgeable guidance. Her unwavering belief in my potential, even when I struggled
to see it myself, gave me the confidence to push through the obstacles and emerge stronger than ever.
Her influence extended beyond the clinic walls; She provided me with the tools to become a
more resilient and formidable athlete. Dr.Sophia gave me excellent chiropractic care in addition
to physical therapy. Through realignment, strengthening exercises, and endurance training I
became a better athlete and an overall healthier person. The commitment to my success was a
driving force behind my achievements, and I am forever grateful for Dr. Sophia’s impact on my life.
